Regarding Custom Laser Orders - All Laser Information Must Be Mailed, E-mailed, or Faxed. Print all information just as you would like it lasered. We do not accept any responsibility for laser orders when taken by phone.

Regarding Credit Card Orders - We Accept VISA and MASTERCARD

Regarding Check Orders - A $35.00 Service Fee will be Charged on Returned Checks

Regarding Shipping - Shipping Fees are Extra from All Listed Prices. All orders will be shipped UPS or USPS. COD Charge is $8.50. Refused Shipments will be charged a 5% Restocking Fee

Regarding Returns - All Returns Must Be Authorized Before Returning. All Returns must be taken care of within 10 days of receipt of order.
